If I get a plan, can everyone in my family post videos?
Yes. Plans apply to your whole family, not just the person who pays. On Plus and above, every member can post videos and use Enhanced Messaging, and the whole family shares the plan's storage. One person subscribes; everyone is covered.
What's in Free?
Family chat, shared calendar, birthday reminders, photos at original quality, and unlimited family members. 2 GB of media storage shared by the whole family. No ads.
What is Enhanced Messaging?
Paid plans unlock the full chat experience for everyone in your family: anyone can start their own conversations, send voice messages, run polls with live vote updates, share GIFs, photos, and video right in the thread, and get link previews for shared URLs. Free includes messaging in your family's main chat.
Who can see my photos?
Only the people in your family. MyFam has no public feed, no algorithm, and never sells your data.
What if I'm in multiple families?
Each family has a designated billing owner who manages that family's subscription. You can change the billing owner anytime.
Can I subscribe for multiple families?
Due to App Store and Google Play limitations, you can only have one subscription per Apple or Google account at this time.
What if I cancel?
You go back to Free. Existing media stays viewable; you just can't add new media past the 2 GB Free limit until you're under it again.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play.
